I am a licensed mental health counselor and educator with a Master’s in Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University, and I have additional training in experiential therapies.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am solution-focused, encouraging, and a down-to-earth, empathetic listener. I offer effective strategies that can directly improve your mood, function, self-esteem, relationships, and help you manage anxiety. Some therapies that I include often are CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy. I look forward to meeting you and promise to be alongside you in the good and difficult moments of therapy. You know yourself better than anyone, and I am honored to listen to you and hear about your life as you are ready to share.
