The most profound change happens not through technique alone, but through the quality of what occurs between two people in a room. With 17 years of experience, I specialize in long-term, depth-oriented psychotherapy for individuals seeking more than symptom relief- people who want to understand themselves at a fundamental level. I work with individuals across the lifespan, including adolescents, adults, and older adults, and I am particularly attuned to issues related to self-esteem, anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts and trauma.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My practice is inclusive and affirming, with a strong commitment to those navigating complex internal and relational dynamics. I help people understand the patterns that shape their relationships — and find their way toward connections that are truly a good fit. Additionally, I am a candidate studying psychoanalysis at CPI. What is your typical process for working with clients?

Together we can use the first few sessions to understand if we are a match for on going work and I can answer any questions you have about my approach. I'll want to understand your history and what's shaping your current struggles, particularly around identity, relationships, and sense of self. Together we can identify what you want from the work, staying open to how that may deepen over time.
