I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Chicago, IL, practicing since 2017. I have experience with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoanalytic therapy, and mindfulness-based therapies. My treatment approach is rooted in evidence-based practices that focus on how feelings affect thoughts, which in turn influence behavior. I earned a Master’s degree in Counseling from National Louis University.
