I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in San Diego, providing individuals, couples, and families with supportive guidance to achieve lasting emotional relief, relationship improvements, and personal growth. I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University, which laid the foundation for my clinical approach. My approach Whether you seek therapy alone, with your partner, or as a family, I believe transformation within yourself and your relationships is possible. I practice from an attachment lens and use experiential therapy models to address the roots of present-day challenges. My goal is to provide new experiences of clarity, connectedness, and growth. I utilize Accelerated Dynamic Experiential Psychotherapy (AEDP) with individuals and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with couples and families. My focus I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients, relationships, and families. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, confused, or hopeless, my goal is to help you find lasting relief. I have a passion for helping those struggling with relationship difficulties, loss, anxiety, substance use, stress, trauma, and purpose. My communication style I provide a warm, supportive, non-judgmental space to navigate the challenges that bring you to therapy. It’s my hope you feel safe and comfortable working with me. I balance softer, flexible aspects of my presence with directness, clear language, knowledgeability, and appropriate boundaries to create a safe container for our work. My journey to mental healthcare I find joy and meaning in helping others, and becoming a therapist was a natural fit. At 39, I transitioned to marriage and family therapy from a marketing career. It was a brave, adventurous choice, and I’m glad I took the risk! Knowing I can positively impact people’s lives and relationships is fulfilling.
