The provider is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and is currently working under the supervision of a licensed practitioner. Their current employer is Stella Mental Health Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, trauma, depression, or relationship challenges begin affecting how you see yourself, connect with others, or move through daily life. I work with adults who may feel stuck, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe healing happens when we slow down, create space for curiosity, and better understand the experiences that shape us. I provide trauma-informed, holistic care recognizing the connection between the mind and body while honoring your unique experiences and goals. I integrate EMDR-informed care, somatic approaches, attachment-based work, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients strengthen emotional regulation, process difficult experiences, and develop a deeper connection with themselves. At Stella Mental Health, I also work within a broader care model that may include ketamine-assisted therapy, Spravato (esketamine), and TMS when appropriate to support individualized healing.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and paced in a way that feels safe for you. I understand beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, and there is no expectation to have everything figured out before showing up. Together, we’ll explore patterns, experiences, emotions, and relationships with compassion and curiosity—not judgment. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported while building greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our work together begins with getting to know you through your experiences, current challenges, relationships, strengths, and goals for therapy. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach, so treatment is tailored to your individual needs. Sessions may include exploring emotional patterns, processing past experiences and trauma, building coping tools, strengthening emotional regulation, and increasing connection to yourself. Depending on your goals, I may integrate EMDR-informed approaches, somatic techniques, attachment-based work, and ACT to support meaningful, lasting growth. Overall, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, supported, and empowered in your healing process.
