I have experience working with the following population, children, adolescents, adults, and couples. I have experience working with individuals struggling with past trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, grief/loss, self-esteem, parenting challenges, and major life transitions. My journey working with children and families have led me to learn a person-centered approach for best outcomes. I work using Cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical behavior Therapy and Motivational interviewing to help with a person-centered approach in being supportive of best outcomes. My goal is in creating a safe and comfortable environment to be able to have self-expression and gain insight into where the client is at in life.
