Dr. Becht is a Licensed Psychologist with 25 years of experience in a broad range of mental health settings. He specializes in treating concerns including mental stress, behavioral issues, life transitions, ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma and PTSD, relationship issues, and bipolar disorder. Dr. Becht offers individual counseling to clients aged 14 and up. Dr. Becht received his Doctor of Psychology from Immaculata University. He utilizes evidenced-based orientations including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing. Dr. Becht believes in a therapeutic collaboration that fosters the full potential for clients to be authentic and get the most from their lives. By establishing a connection with his patients to problem solve and reduce stressors, he is ready to help you tackle whatever is in your way!
