Having worked with a broad spectrum of children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of clinical and non-profit settings, I have a passion for helping others establish more meaningful and emotionally healthy lives. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Yeshiva University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) – a specific type of cognitive-behavioral therapy effective in reducing symptoms of PTSD.
