My journey to mental healthcare My life experience allows me to be more relatable with many groups. I began my music and performance career early and played trumpet, clarinet, bass clarinet, flute, baritone horn, percussion, and focused on saxophone throughout high school, performing in marching and concert band, and local and state auditions. In college, I was a Jazz Studies and Performance Major, performed with two different jazz bands, small combo groups, symphony orchestra, chorus, and was a student arranger and student conductor. Later in life, I also spent time working as a first responder and am very passionate about working with our brave military and first responders. My time working with those involved in the Pulse Night Club Shooting and others who experienced their trauma has heightened my mission to embrace the significance of being part of my community. My primary treatment practice is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). My mantra has always been, “We are human, and do not have a manual to navigate through life.” I offer a safe and judgment-free place and judgment-free to assist you on your journey
