I'm a licensed professional counselor with over eight years counseling individuals and families. I hold a B.S. in Psychology, a Minor in Music, and an M.S. in Counseling and Psychology from the University of West Alabama, and an M.A. in Counseling (School Counseling) from UAB. In 2008, I began as a Residential Instructor at Glenwood Autism and Behavioral Health, serving at-risk youth. I've worked in psychiatric hospitalization, alternative schools (grades 7‚A-12), adult corrections, community mental health, school-based counseling, and in-home services. My style is experiential and fluid, helping clients discover their potential. I believe it's an honor to enter the counseling journey with someone, treating each client with curiosity, kindness, and confidence in their ability to heal.
