I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles related to anxiety, depression, self-care, anger management, grief, feeling stuck, uncertainty, and more. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication and boundaries with themselves and others to improve their quality of life. Counseling can foster personal growth and development in whatever way you're seeking. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University, which have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you on your journey.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due.
