I use a collaborative approach and take into account all of your thoughts and feelings along the way. I’m hoping to be the flashlight that guides you along the path towards your full potential. My approach I utilize a patient-centered, trauma-focused, and collaborative approach, combining skills I have learned throughout my career working in mental health, along with what I have learned from my clients' lived experiences as well. The goals, objectives, and pace are decided upon collaboratively. With the skills and training I have learned throughout my career, such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, supportive therapy, and ACT, I hope to provide skills and resources that can help you best achieve your goals.
