I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. With over 19 years of experience, I am comfortable addressing a wide range of challenges and welcome the opportunity to assist you. I look forward to working together to help you discover the tools necessary for a new and improved outlook. I am here to support you with any issue affecting your well-being and have particular expertise in anxiety, trauma, grief, and loss. Life is stressful and does not have to be a journey carried alone. My passion is helping individuals reach their full potential by processing their feelings and learning positive coping skills to achieve a healthy, happy state of mind and a more peaceful place in life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

To me, therapy is broken down into three main components. First, we will define the therapeutic relationship, and i will learn what you are seeking help with, what you have tried before and what you would like to see happen.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
