My approach I am creative in my approach and use treatment modalities that promote a safe, accepting space for growth while learning strategies for a better quality of life. When appropriate, I incorporate models like Cognitive Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to reframe negative thoughts and focus on strengths. My focus While comfortable treating any conditions, my strengths are stress, anxiety/panic disorders, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions. I also have experience in EAP (Employee Assistance Counseling) for federal contracts. My communication style Therapy has three components: First, we establish rapport so you feel comfortable at your own pace and identify what you seek help for. Second, I listen to what you want to see happen in your life. Third, I use concrete techniques and strategies to help you discover what you want to improve.
