Hello, I'm Michele. My focus of study has been on biological healing through creating self-awareness. I firmly believe that awareness is the beginning of change, and curiosity perpetuates the journey through change. Honesty gets us where we need to go. I see us as mind, body, and spirit, living in a society that is incredibly disconnected from the body and mostly disregards the spirit. Healing comes as we find our way back home to the authentic self. I hold double Master's degrees in Interpersonal Relations and Clinical Mental Health with a focus on Marriage and Family. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Level 1 Certified Trauma Professional, and trained in Gottman methods for healing through affairs, trauma, and addiction. Additionally, I am trained in Biofeedback and integrate Somatics, Attachment, Internal Family Systems, and Interpersonal Neurobiology into all of my work. I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, dissociative disorders, family and intimate relationships, life transitions, PTSD, sex and intimacy issues, spirituality, stress, trauma, and traumatic brain injury. My approach is holistic, aiming to reconnect you with your authentic self and fostering healing through self-awareness and curiosity. When you work with me, you can expect a compassionate and honest space where we explore your mind, body, and spirit. Together, we will navigate your journey towards healing and self-discovery.
