I hold a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Georgian Court University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stockton University. I have experience working with a wide range of populations, including children, teens, families, adults, and veterans in outpatient settings. Currently, my focus is on supporting adults in their mental health journeys. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, co-parenting and blended family dynamics, performance/sports anxiety, and grief.
