I believe in creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths, values, and goals, empowering them to make meaningful changes in their lives. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate and evidence-based care. I am dedicated to supporting clients in overcoming their challenges and living more fulfilling lives. Every client is unique, and I am committed to tailoring my approach to best meet their individual needs and goals. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
