Michelle loves helping people, talking to people, and getting to know people better. Michelle tries to make therapy feel safe, warm, and welcoming. My focus My specialties include eating disorders, OCD, anxiety, and maternal mental health at all stages; preparing for pregnancy, pregnancy, and post-partum. I have over 17 years of experience working with all of these populations, and we will be able to find an approach, style, and therapy modality that feels effective and comfortable for you. I am not limited to these populations, so if you feel my style and approach to therapy would be a good fit for you, please reach out! My communication style I like to approach those that I work with with warmth and humor. I am comfortable providing direct feedback and observations, but am able to do so in a way that is curious and kind. I try to make therapy feel comfortable, where people can be themselves.
