I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, stress, and life transitions through compassionate, evidence-based therapy, all offered via secure telehealth for clients across Florida. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can gain clarity, build confidence, and feel empowered to thrive. My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your needs. I combine evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies, to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, build on your strengths, and create practical tools to help you feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your life. I work primarily with women who are navigating stress, anxiety, and major life transitions—whether it’s balancing work and family, adjusting to new roles, or working through self-doubt and overwhelm. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered while building the skills and confidence to handle whatever life brings your way. Through virtual sessions, I provide a safe and flexible space for you to focus on yourself and create meaningful change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My communication style is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I listen with compassion and without judgment, while also gently challenging unhelpful patterns so we can uncover what’s going on. I aim to create a safe space where you feel comfortable being yourself, while offering practical tools and honest feedback to help you make real progress. I became a therapist because I’m deeply passionate about supporting others through life’s challenges. I’m a mother and a woman myself, so I understand firsthand the unique pressures and joys that come with these roles. I’ve always been drawn to listening to people’s stories and helping them feel less alone in their struggles. My goal is to create a compassionate space where women can feel heard, supported, and empowered to find balance, confidence, and peace in their lives.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with clients to set clear, realistic goals that align with what they truly want for their lives. Together, we break those goals down into manageable steps, using evidence-based strategies like CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques to make progress feel achievable. Along the way, I provide support, accountability, and tools to help you stay motivated and empowered as you create lasting change. In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask about your background, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve through our work together. This is a safe, non-judgmental space for you to share at your own pace. Together, we’ll start identifying goals and discuss how therapy can best support you moving forward.
