I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 16 years of experience as a therapist and I have worked in Social Services for more than two decades. I am trained in many therapy modalities, such as TFT, CBT, SFT, Seeking Safety, CBI, MI, and my personal favorite, EMDR/Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing.
