Psychotherapist
187 E Kiowa Ave, Elizabeth, CO
At the heart of my work is a deep belief in the power of authentic partnership and human connection. I consider it an honor to be invited into someone’s story and approach that responsibility with compassion, curiosity, and respect. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal, grow, and reconnect with your best self. I work from a person-centered and strengths-based orientation. I believe each individual holds resilience, wisdom, and potential, even when life experiences have caused pain or disconnection. I take a holistic and individualized approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I specialize in working with individuals impacted by addiction and complex trauma, including histories of physical, emotional, sexual, and religious abuse, homelessness, trafficking, and other deeply challenging life experiences. I am passionate about helping clients uncover the heart beneath the pain and foster healing that honors both where you have been and where you hope to go. My faith as a Christian informs my compassion and commitment to serving others with humility and care. I warmly welcome individuals of all faiths, beliefs, and backgrounds, and I respect each client’s personal worldview as an important part of their healing journey. Outside of the therapy space, I bring an energetic and values-driven presence to my work. I find genuine joy in witnessing clients reconnect with their inner strength and step into meaningful change. Supporting people as they rediscover hope and move toward a more grounded, fulfilling life is at the core of why I do this work. If you are seeking a therapist who will walk alongside you with intention, authenticity, and compassion, I would be honored to support you.
