Welcome‚I'm glad you're here. Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying the weight of trauma, postpartum challenges, anxiety, or depression. I work with adults seeking relief, healing, and support as they navigate life transitions, reconnect with themselves, and build resilience. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health Certified) provider, I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, intrusive thoughts, identity shifts, and other perinatal mental health challenges. I also work with clients navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and the effects of domestic violence. Using a warm, client-centered approach, I draw from CBT, TF-CBT, mindfulness, and traditional talk therapy to help clients process difficult experiences, develop coping skills, and feel more grounded in their daily lives. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you don't have to navigate it alone. You deserve a space where you feel safe, supported, and heard, and I'd be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
