They are willing to tackle goals both inside and outside therapy sessions and are motivated internally and externally to make meaningful changes. Consistently showing up on time and engaging consciously in the therapeutic process are qualities I value. I create a safe, non-judgmental space in the therapy room, primarily using a client-centered approach. I help clients recognize their strengths and allow them to lead the session while offering guidance and support as needed. Providing autonomy in pursuing their goals fosters growth and development both during and beyond our sessions.
