Michelle works with adults with anxiety, depression, along with those with trauma. Michelle received her Bachelor's degree from Shippensburg University and Master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University. Michelle uses cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) approach in treatment along with other therapeutic interventions.
