Psychotherapist
CA
I’ve been serving others as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Coach for over 15 years, with experience in both the mental health field and clinical supervision. Life is full of challenges, many outside of our control, but I’m honored to walk alongside you as you navigate them, so you can move toward the goals that matter most to you. My approach I am very comfortable sitting with you in the discomfort, so you don’t feel like you’re facing it alone. Therapy can be hard, and just showing up (and continuing to show up) takes incredible courage. You’re working through challenges, and I’m in it with you- because you deserve that kind of support. I genuinely want to know you, your story, how you got here, and what matters most to you. I’m a naturally inquisitive, curious, and intuitive person, so I often ask questions and use reflective questions to help guide the process of us getting to the root of what is going on. I do so in a nonjudgemental, compassionate way, so we can find clarity and discover where to go from here, together. It’s truly an honor to be on this journey with you, and I hope you can feel that in every step we take. My focus I specialize in supporting others through trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the overwhelming stressors of daily life, while integrating traditional therapy with somatic and holistic practices, including mindfulness, grounding, Brainspotting, Polyvagal-informed care, sound healing, and essential oils, to support deep, nervous system-rooted transformation. My communication style I’m pretty mellow, laid back, and easy going, so sessions with me may feel a bit like sitting down with a warm cup of coffee and a trusted friend, talking about life. Others have shared that my calmness and authenticity help them feel at ease to open up about things that they haven't shared before. Sessions typically are intuitively guided, meaning I meet you where you are and focus on what you need in the moment.
