In my experience, these modalities motivate and empower clients to seek better ways to resolve issues and change behaviors that hinder successful outcomes in their lives. I focus on addressing depressive and anxiety disorders, as well as challenges involving grief, self-esteem, career and life transitions, cultural integration issues, trauma, domestic abuse, and interpersonal conflicts. During therapy sessions, I work with clients to develop tools and coping skills that empower them to manage distress, increase their self-confidence and self-advocacy, and motivate them to have a positive outlook on their lives.
