My journey in the counseling field has taken me through diverse settings, including substance abuse treatment facilities, accountability courts, community behavioral health centers, and working with DFCS and DJJ youth in community and group home settings. Additionally, I have the privilege of teaching future counselors at my undergraduate alma mater, Point University. My therapeutic philosophy centers around evidence-based empowerment modalities. I believe in the power of tapping into one's inner resilience to overcome various life challenges. I work from an empathic, non-judgmental model, meeting my clients where they are and assisting them in reaching their desired goals. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, family relationships, life transitions, medical issues, multicultural and diversity issues, OCD, intimate and romantic relationships, sex and intimacy issues, stress, trauma, addiction, or anger management, I'm here to support you.
