I’m here to offer a truly safe, comforting space where you can share anything on your mind and feel supported every step of the way. My journey to mental healthcare I grew up in a culture where therapy was seen as unnecessary—“Why talk to a stranger?” they’d say. But my own experience showed me how transformative it can be. I truly believe therapy can help anyone ready to seek answers and healing. My goals for you Therapy is truly a partnership between us. We both show up willing and open to explore the challenging areas together. My role is to gently challenge you and help you face the topics you may have been avoiding, so they can finally be worked through.
