I've worked in substance abuse treatment, hospice, outpatient services, and service coordination. I provide therapy for clients with anxiety, depression, and other diagnoses. I work with teens, emerging adults, and adults of any population. The therapeutic journey begins with trust and support. I meet my clients where they are and provide a safe space for them to process emotions and reach their goals. My techniques include Solutions Focused, DBT, CBT, and Strength Based therapy. In my free time, I enjoy movies, bowling, hiking, concerts, taking care of my dog, and spending time with family and friends."
