CA
Hi there, I'm Mo! I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore emotions. With compassion, warmth, and humor, I ensure you feel heard and respected. LPCC. My approach Through active listening and tailored guidance, I utilize evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy to assist you in overcoming your personal challenges. My focus I work with clients in their adulthood navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and those seeking life coaching. My approach focuses on helping them process their experiences, offering coping skills and guidance, and providing a supportive, understanding presence. My communication style In my sessions, I create a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe, understood, and valued. My tone is empathetic and collaborative, encouraging clients to explore their thoughts and feelings openly. Clients who work with me often feel supported and empowered, as I guide clients through processing their experiences and developing practical coping skills tailored to their needs. My goal is to foster a sense of trust and connection, so clients feel comfortable and equipped to take steps toward positive change. My journey to mental healthcare When I was eleven, immigrating to the United States was a big adjustment. My parents were busy settling in and didn't have as much time to address my emotional needs. As I considered my career path, I reflected on these experiences and felt a strong desire to help others who might be lost and in need of guidance—something I had personally lacked. I wanted to provide the support and direction that I had once sought. Early in my career, I explored different mental health settings to learn and grow. I've picked up various therapeutic tools, but I've found that a person-centered approach works best. Every client is unique, so I believe in tailoring my approach to meet their specific needs and challenges.
