Whether you're feeling stuck due to life's unexpected turns, finding it difficult to cope with a situation, or realizing your ability to function has decreased, I will provide the encouragement, knowledge, and experience that can lead to positive changes. This will take place in a private, non-judgmental, safe space. My approach to counseling will highly depend on what your needs are, from solution-focused, to introspective, to motivational... there is no "one size fits all" style. I do rely on humor to assist in progress as therapy can (and will likely be) uncomfortable, but I am a firm believer that one needs to get uncomfortable in order to grow. As an experienced counselor and a former personal trainer, I am very familiar with the challenges of building new habits and improving the quality of our lives.
