Getting to know Molly Scrabonia

I believe that therapy works best when you feel truly seen and understood, and my first goal is always to create that safe, non-judgmental space for you. Whether you're a child, teen, young adult, or parent, I am here to help you explore your inner world, navigate challenges, and find your footing. For over 10 years, I've had the privilege of supporting clients with anxiety, depression, the effects of trauma, and the tough questions that come with figuring out who you are. I am especially passionate about helping girls and young women find their voice and build unwavering self-worth. My approach is strengths-based, which means I’ll help you recognize the resilience and wisdom you already possess.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all solution, so I draw from different therapeutic tools to find what works for you. We may use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to develop practical skills for managing difficult thoughts, explore your experiences creatively through Play and Narrative Therapy, or use a Solution-Focused approach to set clear goals and map out the steps to reach them. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am deeply committed to your well-being and meeting you right where you are.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through ZocDoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our initial assessment visit.
