“I was extremely nervous, anxious, and strangely excited to attend my first virtual therapy appointment. My first therapy of any kind. Luckily, my husband helped me by scheduling it through Zocdoc! I received detailed instructions via email to complete before my appointment. The instructions were easy to understand and helped me prepare for my initial visit. The office sent out texts to remind me of my upcoming appointment. Once I was in the virtual waiting room it only took about 3 minutes for Dr. Durham to make her entrance. She is a friendly face and very easy to speak to. She made me feel comfortable to speak about my issues and I appreciate that. I had an excellent first visit!
