I hold a Master’s in Educational Psychology and Counseling as well as a Bachelor’s degree, both from California State University, Northridge. My approach is integrative, and my main concern is the needs of my client. Everyone's treatment is individually tailored. I specialize in anxiety and depression. MFT14951 My approach I use an integrative approach including but not limited to: client-centered therapy, CBT, clinical hypnosis, guided imagery, and practical problem-solving. My focus I work with any aged person who can manage telehealth. Depression and anxiety are my biggest focus, including postpartum depression. My communication style I use telehealth, which is very easy for clients to access. I am a very patient yet direct person. My journey to mental healthcare When I was eighteen, I decided I wanted to become a therapist. My mother did volunteer work at the VA with psychiatric patients, and it positively impacted me. I enjoy working with people to improve their lives. My goals for you The client and I discuss the goals for therapy at the first session. These goals are modifiable according to the client’s needs. My first session with you The first session is a friendly conversation about the client’s background, needs, concerns, and goals. The client can ask questions about me if they choose.
