I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who supports adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other emotional challenges. I’m passionate about helping clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My experience includes working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including adolescents in school-based settings, adults managing mental health and substance use concerns, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). These experiences have strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care that meets each client where they are. My approach is holistic, person-centered, and strengths-based, drawing from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and encouraged to build on their strengths while working toward greater well-being and personal growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
