I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. I bring a thoughtful, client-centered approach, creating a supportive space where individuals feel understood and empowered.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. With experience in both community mental health and private practice settings, I provide culturally sensitive, inclusive care tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals. I’m committed to helping clients develop a stronger sense of self, build confidence, and create more fulfilling relationships.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
