I believe therapy is a safe and supportive space where clients can build confidence, tap into their resilience, heal from life’s challenges, and grow into the best version of themselves. My job in the therapeutic setting is to provide guidance and collaborate with you in creating treatment goals that will serve as your guide to therapy. It is also important to understand that treatment goals can be modified as you begin to grow, learn, and change throughout the therapeutic process.
