I work with teens and adults and specialize in depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, grief, chronic illness management, and life transitions. I earned my Master?s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida International University. My approach My therapeutic approach is tailored to the unique client in front of me. I often utilize CBT and Gestalt therapy techniques to help clients in the present moment and foster awareness of root causes to promote healing.
