Hello, I'm Myra, and I am so happy to have the opportunity to serve women and men who suffer from depression, anxiety, and childhood trauma. My ideal client is any man or woman who grew up like I did, in addiction, abuse, and with low self-esteem. I believe that it's our secrets that keep us sick, and I am simply here to help you heal and to love and accept yourself just as you are because you are enough!
I hold an MA and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My specialties include Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Self-Esteem Issues, Addiction Counseling, and PTSD Treatment. Additionally, I have experience working with Anger Management, Bipolar Disorder, Grief/Bereavement, Multicultural/Diversity issues, Stress, and Spirituality. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer or require remote sessions.
In our work together, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your feelings and experiences without judgment. I believe that everyone deserves a second chance and that healing is possible for everyone. My approach is compassionate and client-centered, focusing on helping you uncover and address the root causes of your struggles.
Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about personal growth and self-acceptance. I understand the courage it takes to seek help, and I am here to walk alongside you on your journey to healing and self-discovery.
