I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping people just like you achieve the peace, balance, and happiness we all seek to have in our everyday lives. My focus My ideal client is someone who is open to feedback and reflection in order for me to provide guidance and support. My approach I use a wholistic and collaborative approach to explore and achieve treatment goals. My communication style My communication style is non-judgmental and clear in order to set to set the tone for a supportive and safe treatment environment. My journey to mental healthcare I am the daughter of a retired Social Worker who dedicated her life's work to providing support to others and bettering the systems who govern the mental health community. My mother's career motivated me at a young age to be the best clinician I could be in order to help those in need. My goals for you I help clients achieve their goals by working collaboratively on what steps are necessary as well as exploring different options to achieve said goals. Our first session First sessions with me are used for introductions and to build a connection that is both therapeutic and feels safe.
