Getting to know Nadly Senatus
My name is Nadly Senatus, a passionate therapist who sees the need to make mental wellness a priority and break the taboo and stigma of therapy. I am a woman of color of Caribbean descent, a graduate of Florida International University with a Master's in Social Work, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience. I believe therapy is a positive support that helps clients through all seasons and walks of life.
What should a new client know about working with you?
You are the focus-- your safety, your wellbeing, your goals! I want clients to gain the feeling of being seen and heard in a safe (virtual) space. I seek to understand, support, and collaborate with clients. The positive gains from therapy encourage activating your natural power and applying tools learned in sessions to your life journey.
More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
