My thriving interest is helping people reach their health and healing milestones. Navigating the world as an immigrant woman of color provides me with insight into a wide range of life experiences such as difficulty with generational traumas, family dysfunction, relationship challenges, inequalities, as well as managing cultural and societal pressures. I use a holistic approach that tends to each individual's needs, interweaving life experiences and theoretical practices.
