I believe every person has a story worth understanding. Whether you’re seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, parenting concerns, or a life transition, my goal is to provide a place where you feel heard, understood, and supported. For more than 25 years, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, helping them better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and move through life’s challenges with greater hope and resilience. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and attachment theory, and I integrate trauma-informed care, EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches based on your individual needs. I believe meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we’ll work to better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and help you create lasting, meaningful change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I don’t take lightly the trust it takes to share your story. For more than 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people during some of life’s most challenging seasons. I believe lasting change begins with feeling understood. My goal is to provide a thoughtful, compassionate space where we can make sense of your experiences, build on your strengths, and help you move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and hope.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I don’t believe therapy should follow a predetermined formula. Our first sessions are focused on getting to know you—your story, your relationships, what you’re struggling with, and what you’re hoping will be different. From there, we’ll work collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that reflects your goals. Depending on your needs, our work may include building insight, processing difficult experiences, strengthening relationships, or developing practical strategies to help you navigate life’s challenges. My approach is always thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to the individual working with me.
