I chose Nancy because she had a Hispanic last name. I had tried so many other providers who I did not at all feel comfortable or connect with. I needed someone who understood the Hispanic culture. Nancy is AMAZING! She has helped me tremendously. She always recalls the last issues we discussed making me not have to explain something numerous times.
