As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's in Art Therapy and Counseling from Southwestern College in Santa Fe, New Mexico, I've been dedicated to helping individuals since 2008. After returning to my chosen home in Colorado Springs, CO, I've developed a passion for supporting individuals towards growth through interpersonal expression using creative modalities such as Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy, as well as other modalities including EMDR training. In our sessions, I strive to provide a safe, caring, and compassionate environment where you can explore and find empowerment. My goal is to help you strive for a better connection to yourself and others. Over the past 16 years, I've had the privilege of working with adults, children, and families, guiding them through life's many challenges. I believe that my primary purpose is to help you learn to listen more deeply to your needs, opening up new ways of relating with yourself and others in your life.
