Getting to know Nancy Ramirez Hernandez

If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or substance use, come talk with me. Together, we will work on addressing the root cause of your difficulties and cultivate healthy relationships with others and with yourself. I believe in working alongside my clients to form a therapeutic alliance and reduce distressing symptoms. My approach is person-centered as I tailor interventions based on individual needs. I enjoy working with young adults, women, immigrants, and veterans. In the past, I have provided services at the Los Angeles Unified School District, VA Medical Center, a foster youth group home, and in community mental health. My education includes a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Bachelor’s in Social Services, Addiction Studies Master Certificate and Master of Social Work. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified Substance Use Disorder Professional. I am bilingual and provide services in English and Spanish.
