I believe all individuals want to be the best version of themselves, but they need some guidance and tools to accomplish this. I have been in practice for 30+ years. My professional and life experience have given me a rich understanding of the majority of struggles individuals experience for which they seek help. My approach I utilize a variety of approaches to help clients reach their mental health objectives, including, though not limited to, EMDR (to assist with trauma), family systems, person-centered, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I meet each person "where they are". My focus My clients are adults who are experiencing stage of life transition issues, anxiety, grief, depression, and/or relationship challenges. Many have also experienced trauma along the way.
