I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I have a Master of Social Work degree, specializing in Children and Family Service, I have more than 30 years of social work experience, and have worked with people from all different ages, stages and backgrounds. I use Problem Solving Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with individual and families. Both modalities are practical approaches to problem solving. CBT aims to identify, challenge and change negative thinking patterns. I use Seeking Safety for treating Post Traumatic Stress and Substance Abuse, and Trauma Focused Therapy. I can adapt according to your needs and preferences.
