I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from Walla Walla University and over 20 years of experience in the behavioral, mental, and medical health fields. I practice from a holistic mind-body approach, using my broad knowledge of practical psychological tools and extensive experience to help people tackle issues such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, sleep difficulties, chronic pain, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, direct, down-to-earth, and empathic. I work hard to help my clients see themselves clearly, learn from their experiences, and get the most out of counseling. I understand that choosing a therapist is a personal experience. I believe everyone can change, heal, grow, and learn from all experiences-sometimes we just need more support, knowledge, or expert guidance to do so.
