Getting to know Naomi Frye

Hello, I'm Naomi, and I'm glad you're here. I'm a licensed mental health clinician providing therapy for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck. You may be managing a lot on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside, trying to keep everything together while feeling unsure of what to do next. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone‚and you don't have to navigate it alone. I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and make sense of what you're experiencing. My goal is to create an environment where you can be yourself without feeling pressured to have everything figured out. My approach is collaborative, flexible, and individualized. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and expressive techniques when helpful. I don't believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. Instead, we'll work together to find approaches and strategies that fit your needs, personality, and everyday life.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
